My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, but there was a need for better cleanliness behind the night table, which was not addressed during our stay. The hotel had a convenient layout for some but involved walking up and down stairs to get around. The service was initially disappointing with a lack of courtesy, even suggesting we find another hotel with a pool - however, once settled in, the staff were very attentive and friendly. The location was excellent for us, providing a quiet atmosphere near the attractions we wanted to visit. The dining experience offered a good variety of options beyond continental breakfast but lacked some choices. Overall, it was a decent stay with room for improvement.
